We can provide an Estimate for your any of your projects, listed below are the items needed to provide an estimate.

1. Contract drawings of proposed scope of work.
2. Specifications of duct construction and piping.
3. Our scope of work.  Shop drawings, As-Built, ductwork, piping, spool drawings, BIM, coordination meetings.
4. If any coordination meetings attendance is needed and how many would be required to be attend for coordination services.

1. A full set of IFC contract drawings in paper format or PDF’s (paper is preferred)
2. Project specification sections Division 1 and Division 15.
3. CAD files in .dwg format:
   1. Architectural floor plans to include grid.
   2. Reflected ceiling background drawings.
   3. Structural drawings
4. Submittals of:
   1. Grilles, registers and diffusers.
   2. RTU’S, AHU’S, EXHAUST FANS, VAV BOXES and any other mechanical equipment.
   3. Duct/ Shop Standards or option to use Northwest duct productions standards (if none provided we will use SMACNA/ANSI standards).
5. Signed proposal with any production deposit needed as per Estimate provided.
